  基于运费最低的中国原油管道网络空间优 化研究# 杨足膺，赵媛，黄克龙** 5 10 （南京师范大学地理科学学院，南京 210023） 摘要：本文以中国管道数量最多、管网规模及原油运量最大的东部管网为研究对象，对东部 原油运输管网进行空间优化研究，并进一步对各原油管道的运行状况进行分类评价。研究结 果表明：（1）2009 年我国东部原油管道网络的优化运费较实际运费减少了 34.5%，表明原 油管网的流通效率总体不够优化，具有较大的提升空间。（2）东北地区各原油管道流通状 况相对较好；华北地区所有原油管道均为负荷不足或无负荷类型，流通效率普遍不高；华东 地区黄淮分区多数管道为负荷不足类型，仅有临济线（含复线）和胶青线这两条百万吨流量 的管道为良好类型，长江中下游分区的甬沪宁线和仪金线为超负荷类型。 关键词：优化流量计算模型；流通类型；东部原油管网；空间优化 中图分类号：F540.7 15 Study on the spatial optimization of Eastern China’s crude oil pipeline network upon cost minimum YANG Zuying, ZHAO Yuan, HUANG Kelong (School of Geography,Nanjing Normal University, NanJing 210023) 20 25 30 Abstract: Taking Eastern China’s crude oil pipeline network as research subject, this paper constructs the supply and demand balance table of oil output and input fields. Upon cost minimum, this paper researches the spatial optimization of Eastern China’s pipeline network with the help of combining spatial analysis and linear programming. Furthermore, this paper classifies all the pipelines and estimates the running condition of each pipeline under cost minimum. Some conclusions can be drawn as follows: (1) in 2009, the optimal cost of Eastern China’s pipeline network was a 34.5% decrease comparing with actual cost, and this suggests that the oil flow efficiency was overall insufficient optimization. (2) As to regional networks, the oil flow condition of Northeast China’s network is relatively better than others, but the condition in North China is not efficient because all pipelines are under insufficient load or no load, and there is a similar condition in Huanghuai region of East China, except that Linji line and Jiaoqing line are as good type, but in contrast Yonghuning line and Yijin line of the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze are as overload type.
