本科毕业设计(论文)板坯连铸机结晶器设计摘 要连铸机是现代冶炼生产过程中重要的生产设备，连铸生产线的引入能大大提高冶炼生产效率，降低工人的劳动强度，同时降低了成本，使冶炼生产跨进了一个崭新的时代。结晶器在连铸生产过程中起到了核心的不可替代的作用，组合式结晶器是结晶器进化过程中发展起来的一种，在现代连铸工业中得到了广泛的应用。在本说明书中，主要研究了直线式结晶器的组成、各部分工作原理，介绍了国内外结晶器的发展趋势，找出了现在连铸生产线中所使用的结晶器的不足和一些解决的办法。本文重点讨论了直线式结晶器的调宽机构和夹紧机构，详细介绍了直线式结晶器中中的调宽装置的结构以及工作原理，进行了水箱的几何形状及主要构件的设计计算。关键词　连铸机；结晶器；调宽装置；水箱；足辊AbstractContinuous casting machine is an important production process of modern smelting production equipment, the introduction of continuous casting production line can greatly increase the smelting production efficiency, reduce labor intensity, while reducing costs, and smelting step into a new era. Mold in continuous casting process has played an irreplaceable role in the core, composite mold is a kind of molds developed in the evolution of continuous casting, which has been widely used.In this manual, the main study is the composition of the linear mold, and the working principle of erery parts. I introduced the new trends and developments of de mold of continuous casting at home and abroad , find out the disadvantages of modern continuous casting line and some way to solve them.This paper discusses the width adjusting institution and clamping institution of liner mold, describs the structure and working principle of the linear mold width adjusting institution.
