摘 要 以人工林定向培育材杨木、落叶松为原料，采用干法工艺、连续式平压压机生产幅面规格为1220×2440mm,厚度为12mm中密度纤维板。削片之前，将弯曲度过大的小径木截断可以保证连续化生产，也可以防止木材损坏削片机的进料机构。在原料制备阶段采用盘式削片机，削片大小合格、均匀，质量较好。由于原料的特点，在木片蒸煮前加了木片的水洗系统，可以清除原料中所含有的泥沙，调节木片含水率。纤维热磨阶段，采用低温热磨，纤维质量相对较好。纤维气流干燥阶段，增加了自动防火灭火系统控制操作装置，确保生产安全运行。使用机械-气流真空成型机，纤维铺装均匀、质量好。连续平压压机与多层周期式热压技术相比，连续压机有、，成品板幅面规格多等优点，特别是薄板生产时原材料损耗小、利用率高Abstract Take poplar and larch which are planted forest directed breeding material as a raw material, uses the dry process craft, the continuous-type even pressure press to produce the density fiberboard whose width specification is 1220×2440mm, thickness is in 12mm.Before chipping, to guarantee the continuous production,interrupting the bending oversized trail wooden is needed. As a result of raw material characteristic, added the wood chip laundering system before the chip steaming, may eliminate the silt which in raw material includes. It can also adjust the moisture content of the wood chip. At the hot-grinding stage of extile fiber, using the low temperature hot-grinding , the textile fiber quality is relatively good. At the pneumatic drying stage of textile fiber, increasing the control operation installment of automatic fire protection suppression system, can guarantees the production safety movement. Using the machinery - air current vacuum shaper, the textile fiber paving is even, the quality is good. To compare with the multi-layered cycle type thermo-compression technology, the continual press makes the product in good quality, raw material loses lowly, produces continuous, end product board with many width specification and so on.. specially when thin steel plate production the product may the polishing, raw material not lose, the use factor to be high slightly.
