上海理工大学 毕业设计（论文） 基于CPLD的步进电机控制器的设计 姓 名： 系 部： 专 业： 班 级： 指导教师： 基于CPLD的步进电机的控制器的设计 摘 要 本文设计了一个基于CPLD的步进电机控制器，步进电机的一共分8个速度级，并且能控制转速（包括停止），即调速，其中模块的组成大致分为5个，主要由控制转速的部分与实现最终输出的计数器（三一分频），控制转速的部分由模块acceleration(加减速实现)，fredivision(控制速度分频比),frecounter(分频比计数器)与speeddetermination(判定加减速)组成的。最后通过仿真软件进行编译其所用的是集成电路的控制方式，选用的驱动电路是SAA1027,其优点就在于灵活性高，易于操作，开发成本低。 CPLD是一种用户根据各自需要而自行构造逻辑功能的数字集成电路。其基本设计方法是借助集成开发软件平台，用原理图、硬件描述语言等方法，生成相应的目标文件，通过下载电缆（“在系统”编程）将代码传送到目标芯片中，实现设计的数字系统。 关键词：Step-by-steps the electrical machinery controller design based on CPLD ABSTRACT This article involves to step-by-steps the electrical machinery controller design based on CPLD, this step-by-steps the electrical machinery altogether to divide 8 speeds levels, and can control the rotational speed (including to stop), namely the velocity modulation, module composition divides into 5 approximately, mainly counter which finally outputs by the control rotational speed part and the realization (31 frequency divisions), the control rotational speed part (adds and subtracts fast realization) by module acceleration, fredivision (control speed frequency division compares),Frecounter (frequency division (determination adds and subtracts fast) compared to counter) with speeddetermination composes. Finally carries on through the simulation software is the integrated circuit control mode which translates its uses, selects the actuation electric circuit is SAA1027, Its merit lies in the flexibility high, is easy to operate, the development cost is low. CPLD is one kind of user according to respective need but voluntarily the structure logical function digital integrated circuit. Its basic design method draws support from the integrated development software platform, with method and so on schematic diagram, hardware description language, produces the corresponding goal document, and through downloads the electric cable “in system” programming to transmit the code to the goal chip
