摘 要
员工福利制度是人力资源管理中的重要问题,员工福利制度设计的合理与否,会给企业的运行与发展带来直接的影响。如何制定具有自身特色的福利制度对吸引人才留住人才激励人才已成为企业和学者共同讨论研究的热点问题。在现代企业中,特别是很多大企业,所采用的福利的模式,提供给员工很多福利,但是却没能让员工满意,究其根本在于没有提供员工最需要的福利,没有考虑到员工的需求多样性,在这种情况下,企业应该根据企业情况进行员工福利改革,充分了解员工需求,并制定出可以使员工满意,企业效益提高的员工福利制度。
本文以A企业的实际情况为背景,通过了解公司现有的福利制度,并对员工进行满意度调查,分析企业现有员工福利的特点,找出员工福利制度的缺陷;然后,对其缺陷进行分析原因,并根据具体情况提出合理化建议,使员工福利制度逐渐趋于合理性,并且能够真正起到有效激励员工的目的,使企业蓬勃发展。

Abstract
The employee benefits system is an important issue in human resource management, and whether its design is reasonable or not will directly affect the operation and development of enterprises. How to make the welfare system with its own characteristics to attract, keep, and encourage talents has become a hot spot for enterprises and scholars to discuss. In modern enterprises, especially some giant ones, the welfare system they applied provides a lot of welfare to workers, while they are not satisfied with it. The fundamental reason is they are not providing employee benefits which are most needed and not considering the diversity in employees needs. In this case, the enterprises should reform the employee benefits systems according their own situations, to fully know the needs of employees and make out an employee benefits system which can both satisfy the employees and increase the enterprise efficiency. This article is based on the actual situation of Enterprise A. Through understanding the present welfare system and making employee satisfaction surveys, it aims at analyzing the features of the present welfare system and find out the defects. Then the paper analyzes the defects and proposes reasonable suggestions according to circumstances, in order to make the employee benefits system become more and more reasonable and can really serve the purpose of effectively motivate employees, finally enabling the enterprises to flourish.
