废纸回收利用的生命周期管理 摘 要 我国造纸业不断发展，原料中废纸的比重也不断上升。虽然废纸再生可以相对 减少污染，但废纸利用的绝对量却增加很快，从而从绝对量来说废纸再生造成的环 境污染也在加重。针对我国的这种趋势，本文试图利用产品生命周期评价方法对造 纸业的产品来评估其整个生命过程的环境影响，进而找出有利于环境管理的方法。 产品生命周期评价是对产品生产的能源、原材料消耗及污染排放的识别与量化，评 估关于一个产品全生命过程或活动的环境负荷的客观方法。 本文介绍了产品生命周期评价方法的技术框架，并在废纸回收利用过程中进行 运用。对青岛纸模包装制品厂的废纸再生的具体情况进行分析，展现了生命周期评 价方法废纸回收利用过程中的运用。结果表明，利用生命周期评价的方法可以完整 地评估系统污染状况，不仅可以详细地了解生产过程的重点污染物，还可以使企业 根据结果了解生产活动的综合效益，从而作出有利于企业发展的生产决策。另外， 环境管理者通过生命周期评价的结果，可以更有效地制定相关的法律法规、环境政 策等。 关键词：废纸回收利用，生命周期评价，环境影响 - I - 废纸回收利用的生命周期管理 Abstract With paper-making industry’s continuous development and the use of waste paper’s rapid increase in China. Although the pollution of the environment resulted from paper-making can decrease because of wastepaper incrcased,absolutely the totel number will increase. According to the trend, this paper try to use life cycle assessment(LCA) to appreciate the impacts of the products during their whole life in paper-making industry on the environment so as to help environmental management. The life cycle assessment is an objective method, which is used to quantify and identify the consumption of the energy and the original material and the pollution, evaluating the environmental impacts of one product during its safe life process or activity. This paper introduced the technical frame of the method life cycle assessment, and use this method in reusing waste paper. We analyzed Qingdao paper-making mold, where the method life cycle assessment was used. The result expressed that applying the LCA can completely evaluate the state of the pollution in the system.
