社区居民自治组织在社区管理体制改革中的作用 摘 要 现阶段我国的社区管理处于改革变化的过渡时期，社区中的各种组织对于社区 的发展都起到了重要的作用，为首都经济建设和社会稳定做出了贡献。在改革的过 程中，社区居民自治组织发挥的作用越来越重要，从社区居民自治组织的发展来看， 我国的居民自治是从传统的政府行政管理中脱离出来的，是适应社会主义市场经济 的社区管理主体之一，同时对于推动我国民主进程，提高广大社区居民参与社区事 务的积极性，进行“自我管理，自我教育，自我服务”具有十分重要的作用。 关键词：社区管理体制改革，社会转型，社区自治组织，社区民主 I 社区居民自治组织在社区管理体制改革中的作用 Abstract At present, community management in our country is in the transitional period that be placed in reformations variety, and every kind of organization within community, which has been contributed for economic developments and society stability in Capital, plays an important role in the development of the community. In reformed process, the community autonomy organization has risen more and more important function. From the development of the community autonomy organization, we could find that it is escaped from the traditional government administration management and it is one of the community management corpuses which are adapted to the socialism market economy. At the same time, it has very important meaning for pushing our country’s democracy progress, increasing the positive participate the community business, proceeding the ego manages, the ego educates, ego service.
