缩聚物型水泥分散剂的合成 摘要 在油井水泥外加剂的使用中，应用最广泛的就是水泥分散剂了。这次课题我们要研究 的就是以甲醛、丙酮、亚硫酸钠以及焦亚硫酸钠为原料，合成一种新型的水泥分散剂—磺化 甲醛-丙酮缩聚物。先将亚硫酸钠水解，再将甲醛、丙酮和焦亚硫酸钠的混合液分批加入亚 硫酸钠水溶液中，通过控制混合液向亚硫酸钠水溶液的加入速度来控制反应速度，以解决过 去技术中反应不易控制，原料挥发严重，产品质量不不稳定等问题。该方法利用亚硫酸纳水 解产生的碱作缩聚反应的催化剂，免去了外加强碱作催化剂，降低了生产成本，易于工业化 生产 通过对焦亚硫酸钠用量，醛酮比的变化对产品质量的考察，得出了实际生产过程中原料 的最佳配比，并且证明了该课题的可行性。 关键词: 水泥分散剂 缩聚物 焦亚硫酸钠 THE SYNTHESIS OF A CEMENT DISPERSANT COMPRISING A POLYMER WHICH IS OBTAINED BY CO-CONDENSATING MONOMERS Tu Hao (Department of Materials Chemical Engineering,Beijing Institute of Petro-Chemical Technology 102617) ABSTRACT The dispersant for cement slurries is being used abroad as a cement slurries.
