摘 要 20世纪末以来，世界经济的竞争愈演愈烈，在信息经济、网络经济和知识经济日益明显的超强竞争的作用下，财务管理在企业竞争中的战略地位也越来越高，这就对企业的财务管理体系有了较高的要求。企业的财务管理必须在适应性、可改进性、可逆性、灵活性、学习与创新等方面与企业战略目标的转变迅速协调一致。 柔性是动态复杂环境下企业达成高绩效目标的共性，如何在柔性的视角下进行企业财务管理，切实帮助企业应对环境中的不确定因素，是目前财务管理的热点问题。本文首先对企业竞争的财务环境的不确定性作出简略的分析，从而引入了柔性的概念，并将柔性的视角延伸至财务管理活动中。在此基础上，本文对柔性视角下企业财务管理的财务人员能力水平低、财务战略前瞻性不够和财务信息质量差等相关问题进行了分析，提出柔性视角下企业财务管理相关问题的提高财务人员素质、转变财务职能和实施网络财务等解决对策，进一步完善了柔性视角下企业财务管理的建设。 关键词：柔性；不确定性；财务管理 Abstract Since the late 20th century, the world economy has become more and more competition. Under the super competition of information economy, network economy and knowledge economy, the strategic position of financial management in the competition is getting higher and higher. This requires a high quality enterprise financial management system. The financial management must be adaptive, can be improved, reversible, flexible, learning and innovation, and consistent with corporate strategic goals. In the dynamic conditions, flexible management can make the enterprise to achieve high performance goals. How to implement the financial management in the flexible perspective to help enterprises cope with the uncertainty in the environment is now a hot issue of financial management. First, this paper analyzes the uncertainty of the financial environment and introduces the concept of flexible. At the same time this paper extends to the flexible view of financial management activities. Secondly, this paper analyzes the related problems of enterprise financial management under the perspective in flexible. Finally, this paper presents solutions to these problems in the flexible perspective to further improve the construction of financial management.
