公文写作中的美学思考.pdf

摘 要 人类生活孕育着美，创造着美，作为人类精神活动的产物之一的公文写作，自然 也蕴含了美的色彩、美的形体、美的韵律。公文写作的过程、也像其它艺术门类一样， 贯串着美感形成的全部过程，必然存在着一定的美学要求，体现着具体的美学原则。 长期以来，人们研究公文时，研究的焦点都集中在公文最重要最本质的特征—— 实用性和使用价值上，很少有人把注意力集中到公文的审美特征或审美价值上，因此， 对公文审美价值的研究，几乎成为空白。本文从公文写作与美学的关系入手，简要阐 释了我国各个历史阶段公文写作的美学表现、特征及发展演变规律。通过分析当前公 文写作的现状及问题，提出了公文写作中必须遵循的美学原则，即美对真的从属性原 则、规范严谨的形式美原则、美的和谐性原则和实用美原则，深入探讨了公文写作中 的美学方法和美学体现，并明确指出，公文写作中蕴含着美的思想和美的内涵，公文 为了更好地实现其实用价值，必须追求审美性和审美价值。从美学角度探讨公文写作 方法，有助于增强人们对公文美学价值的认识，提高人们的审美情趣，规范公文写作 模式，提高公文写作质量，从而更好地发挥公文的功用，对公文写作的发展和社会发 展都有着重要的意义。 关键词：公文写作 美学特征 美学原则 1 Abstract Humanity lives breeds beauty and creates it too. As humanity spirit activity products, archives writing also have contained the beauty’s color, beauty’s physique, and the beauty’s rhythm naturally. Looks like other artistic class to be same, the archives writing process is running through the complete process which the esthetic sense forms, it must have certain esthetics request inevitably and manifest the concrete esthetics principle. Ever since, when people study archives, the focus all concentrates in the archives’ usability and use value, they are the most important and essential characteristics of it. Few people focus on the archives’ esthetic characteristic or the esthetic value. Therefore, to the research of archives esthetic value is still blank. This paper has briefly explained archives writing’s esthetics performance, characteristic and evolution rule of each historical stage in our country from the relation between archives writing and esthetics.
