1 网络环境下科技期刊办刊模式创新探讨 ——《以农业工程学报》为例 魏秀菊 朱明 王柳 张洁瑕 （农业部规划设计研究院农业工程学报编辑部；100125，北京） 摘 要 为了适应新形势下科技期刊快速发展的要求，该文以《农业工程学报》为例，分析了网络环境下《农 业工程学报》期刊现状、办刊模式，提出论文发表周期长是目前期刊办刊亟需解决的主要问题，并据此提 出网络环境下办刊模式创新思路及主要措施，包括：探索学报网络办刊环境下创新办刊模式，建立学报“开 放编辑平台”；创立专家办刊机制，吸纳编委及专家直接参与学报办刊工作；培训全体编辑人员及专家编 辑；建立选题数据库，实时高效追踪报道学科重大研究成果；探索网络预印版的出版模式。最后，给出了 实现办刊模式创新的目标及预期成果。 关键词 科技期刊；《农业工程学报》；网络环境；办刊模式；创新 中图分类号 G237.5 Discussion on the innovative running modes of the sci-tech journals under internet environment // Wei Xiu Ju Abstract Based on adapting sci-tech journals to rapid development requirement of the new situations, present situation and the running modes of sci-tech journals under the internet environment are analyzed,. The result indicates that reduced publication period is the main issue to be solved urgently to sci-tech journals, then proposes the innovative thought and the measures on the patterns of the journal accordingly. Those measures include four aspects, such as discussing the innovative modes of the journal with open editing platform, founding running journal mechanism dominated by expert and attracting editorial committee participating in periodical work ,training the editorial staff and professional editors, establishing selecting the special subjects database and tracking the significant research achievement of subjects report by an effective real-time method, exploring publishing modes on preliminary edition of internet. At last, objects and desired results are designed to achieve the innovative patterns of the journal. Key words sci-tech journals ;Transactions of the
