摘 要 伴随着人类发展观的演进，生活质量的研究从未间断。20 世纪80 年代中期， 生活质量的研究开始由西方引入中国。这既是生活质量理论研究体系不断完善的 需要，更是我国经济社会发展的内在要求。 本文基于国内外各领域学者对生活质量的文献研究，从影响城镇居民生活质 量的四个方面（人口、经济、社会和环境）出发，构建了江西城镇居民生活质量 的评价指标体系，运用因子分析法对江西城镇居民生活质量进行了时空变化的比 较分析与评价。 研究表明，从2002 年至2012 年，江西城镇居民生活质量综合指数总体呈现 上升的态势；影响江西城镇居民生活质量的人口因子、经济因子、社会因子等指 数也基本呈现上升的趋势，而且环境因子的负面影响也呈上升态势。这表明人口 因子、经济因子、社会因子等对江西城镇居民生活质量的改善有明显的积极作用， 但同时受环境因素的威胁也越来越大。江西 11 个设区市的城镇居民生活质量在 人口、经济、社会、环境上的优势极不均衡，各有千秋。全省城镇居民生活质量 空间特征明显，总体上表现为京九沿线中心城市居民生活质量较优、老工业基地 城镇居民生活质量下滑、落后地区城镇居民生活质量崛起的态势。 关键词:生活质量，时空变化，指标体系，因子分析 Abstract With the evolution of humans development, the research of life quality has never stopped. The study of life quality is introduced from the west to China in the 1980 s. This was partly due to continuously improve the theoretical perspectives and research system of life quality, and the inherent requirement of Chinas economic and social development. This article is based on the literature study of the quality of life in various fields at home and abroad, from the four aspects of affecting the quality of urban life (such as population, economic, social and environmental), build the evaluation index system of urban residents life quality of Jiangxi province, using the factor analysis method to the time and space change of quality of life for urban residents in Jiangxi.
