选调生培养问题探究 论文摘要 近十年来，选调生作为一支整体素质高、具有较强战斗力和较大发展潜力 的年轻干部队伍，正逐步成为我国各地党政领导班子后备干部队伍的中坚力量。 笔者作为一名选调生，切身地感受到了选调生制度的逐步完善，同时也对现行 选调生制度存在的不足之处有所思考。笔者认为，对选调生的培养，是选调生 从选拔、成长到使用过程中极为重要的环节。只有加强培养，才能全面提高选 调生的综合素质，才能提高后备干部队伍储备的质量。笔者认为，大力推进选 调生培养管理工作，使其制度化、规范化，对加强青年干部的培养和后备干部 队伍建设，具有十分重要的意义。 本文以人力资源培训开发理论为基础，采用理论分析与实证分析相结合的 方法，借鉴国外公务员培训开发的成功经验，针对目前选调生培养中存在的问 题，分析选调生队伍的特点，选调生培养的重要性，就选调生培养体制与机制， 培训内容与形式、进行科学的职业生涯管理、加强实践锻炼等方面进行了系统 的研讨，在此基础上提出了加强和改进选调生培养的相关措施。 关键词：选调生 培养 对策 -3- 选调生培养问题探究 Abstract In recent decade years，the selected graduates team has became high making，better battle effectiveness and great grow potential.This team also truned into a nucleus of support cadre.This article writer is a member of select graduates that recepted this system became more and more consummate by herself.But she also think that the system of select graduates has shortage.The writer belive that the more important tache of this system was how to cultivat and train the selected graduates.She also think that strict trainning is very useful to enhance the compositive making,and pushing the trainning system of select graduates by main force,and bring this system standardization,this is very significance to construction the mothball cadres team.
