本文在这些已有的研究成果的基础上，通过定性分析中国金融体系脆弱性的 特征、主要形成原因，以及定量考察金融体系总体脆弱程度，提出了防范和化解 我国金融体系脆弱性的政策建议。 主要结构如下: 绪论主要介绍研究金融脆弱性问题的理论及现实意义，国内外研究现状以及 本论文的框架和研究方法。 第一章从理论的角度研究了金融体系脆弱性生成的内在机制和外在影响因 素。 第二章在理论分析的基础上对照我国金融系统现状，定性分析了我国金融脆 弱性的现状及其主要成因。 第三章借鉴了国内外的研究成果，建立我国金融脆弱性指标体系设计基本框 架，对我国金融脆弱性程度进行量化分析。 第四章从对我国金融脆弱性的分析结果出发，提出了一系列有效防范我国脆 弱性加剧的措施。 关键词：金融脆弱性、金融自由化、制度缺陷 Abstract The steadily running of financial system is a core of a country’s financial development and security as well as a significant premise of a country’s stable economic development. Currently, China’s financial system has accumulated such heavy risks that we can’t ignore when we carefully assess China’s economy. To analyze the risks accumulated in the financial system is a necessary road to seek the ways out. The concept of Financial fragility dates back to Minsky’s Financial Instability Hypothesis proposed in the year 1982, some other theories such as Margins of Safety and dissymmetry information focus their discussion on the bank behavior analysis. Financial fragility is the kind of financial state of risky accumulation due to the structural unbalance of financial system and the losing of partial or whole function of financial system. Financial system is the assemblage of a series of rules of social custom, morality and legislations about financial transaction, organization arrangement, supervision and innovation. It is composed of three subsystems, financial organization, financial market and financial supervision and is mainly embodied by its three subsystems. In recent years, the outbreaks of international financial crises are actually the outcome of the losing of the basic function of financial system.
