血浆8-isoPGF2a水平与早产儿视网膜病变的相关研究 硕士研究生 朱春玲 导 师 钟敬祥 博士 副教授 摘 要 [目的]: 分析早产儿血浆中8-isoPGF2α水平与ROP的相关性，评估检测血浆8-isoPGF2α水平对早期预测ROP的价值,为早期防治ROP提供依据。 [方法]: 按病例入选标准选择40例早产儿，与胎龄、体重一致但勿需机械通气的早产儿50例对照，采生后第1天、3天、第7天、第14天和第21天的外周血离心取血浆，应用ELISA方法检测8-isoPGF2α水平，随访观察视网膜形态学改变，并对所获结果进行统计学分析。 [结果]: 1）对照组各时段8-isoPGF2α水平均数比较无统计学意义（P0.05）；2）机械通气组各时段8-isoPGF2α水平均数的两两比较显示第1天与第3天、第1天与第7天、第3天与第14天、第3天与第21天、第7天与第14天、第14天与第21天有统计学意义（P0.05），机械通气组各时段8-isoPGF2α水平均数中第7天8-isoPGF2α水平最高；3）机械通气组与对照组各时段8-isoPGF2α水平均数的两两比较均显示有统计学意义（P0.000）[结论]: 血浆中8-isoPGF2α水平变化与ROP的发生存在密切相关性；血浆中8-isoPGF2α水平变化能够较客观反映早产儿脂质过氧化损伤情况，检测血浆8-isoPGF2α水平可以作为早期预测ROP的重要手段，并可以指导临床适时使用有效抗氧化剂，以便防治ROP。 [关键词]: 早产儿视网膜病变; 高氧性机械通气; 脂质过氧化损伤; 8-异前列腺素F2α TITLE: The correlation between the plasma levels of 8-isoPGF2α and retinopathy of prematurity Postgraduate: Zhu Chunling Supervisor: Professor Zhong Jingxiang ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze the correlation between the plasma levels of 8-iso-prostaglandin F2a and supply information of early prevention and therapy of retinopathy of prematurity. Methods: The plasma levels of 8-iso-prostaglandin F2a was detected using ELISA method by contrasting between 40 cases of the prematures born after the 1st day, the 3rd day, the 7th day, the 14th day and the 21th day with hyperxia mechanical ventilation and 50 control cases whose age and weight are the same as the prematures with hyperxia mechanical ventilation, periodicly observing the morphologic change of retina, then analyze the results with statistical methods. Results: 1) There were no statistical differences among the mean contents of 8-isoPGF2α during each period among control group(P0.05). 2) The Comparison of the mean contents of 8-isoPGF2α among the group with hyperxia mechanical ventilation appeared statistical differences(P0.05). among all the mean content of 8-isoPGF2α in the 7th day was the highest. 3) There were statistical differences in the comparisions of mean contents of 8-isoPGF2α between the group with hyperxia mechanica
