Abstract
Objective:To approach the detection results of P-VEP Pattern visual evoked potential
OCT(Optical coherence tomography)PhNR Photopic negative response and mfERG
(Multifocal electroretinogram) in children with hypermetropic amblyopia,and to investigate the
structurual and functional variance of retina in children with hypermetropic amblyopia.
Mehtods:32 children(41 amblyopic eyes) with hypermetropic amblyopia and 18 children
(18 common eyes)with unilateral amblyopia are both examined by P-VEPOCTPhNR and
mfERG,and to compare the detection results of both.
