Abstract:Objective To st dy the ant imicrobial resistance of s rgical infection w ith pse domons pyocyance and to direct antibiotics
sing in clinical.Method Vitek- Ams system w ere sed to examine t he resistance of isolataed against 15 antibiotics. Results 50 patients
w ith infect ion, collected 61 specimans, There w ere sytmptoms in 12 cases.The res lts of resistance examinations demonstrated that the re
sistance to antibiotics were lower. These dr gs w ere Kanamycin, Ceftazidine, Cefepine, Imipenem, Cefperazone s lbactnm. Conclusion
T he re lts s ggest that Pse domons pyocyanea is a bacteri m for s rtical infection nder certain condition, s ch as IDD, it ability to ca se
disease is w eak, so need no specific treatment.
