摘 要 本文按照塑料模具设计的基本原理和方法，以铝合金为研究对象，通过对零件的结构、尺寸及材料进行全面的分析(FEA)，针对异型材塑件分析的结果，提出了完善的模具设计方案。并详细介绍了塑料壳体注塑成型模具的机型选择、结构设计和工作原理等模具设计的全过程。使用设计软件的方法是,根据分析制品的特征运用SolidWorks软件建立了模具各部分的三维模型，并生成模具总装图,然后将SoldWorks三维图转化成二维图。同时也为后续的模具制造提供了所需的图纸。 关键词：异型材，注塑模具，选择与校核，结构设计 Abstract This article basic principle and method which designs according to theplastic mold, take the MP3 top plate as the research object, throughto the components structure, the size and the material carries on thecomprehensive analysis (FEA), models an analysis in view of thedifferent molding the result, proposed the perfect mold designproposa
