基于PLC变频恒压供水系统的设计 摘 要 本论文针对某自来水厂为小区用户提供水源的供水要求，设计了一套由PLC、变频器、远传压力表、多台水泵机组、计算机、通信模块等主要设备构成的全自动变频恒压供水及其远程监控系统,具有全自动变频恒压运行、自动工频运行、远程手动控制和现场手动控制等功能。 此次设计研究的对象是某自来水厂为小区用户提供送水的供水要求，由于高层用户对水压的要求高，在水压低时，高层用户将无法正常用水甚至出现无水的情况，水压高时将造成能源的浪费。 变频恒压供水的调速系统可以实现水泵电机无级调速，依据用水量的变化自动调节系统的运行参数，在用水量发生变化时保持水压恒定以满足用水要求，是当今最先进、合理的节能型供水系统。在实际应用中如何充分利用专用变频器内置的各种功能，对合理设计变频恒压供水设备、降低成本、保证产品质量等有着重要意义。变频恒压供水方式与过去的水塔或高位水箱以及气压供水方式相比，不论是设备的投资，运行的经济性，还是系统的稳定性、可靠性、自动化程度等方面都具有无法比拟的优势，而且具有显著的节能效果。 关键词：供水系统 水泵 变频器 恒压供水 效益 ABSTRACT In this paper, a water plant for residential users of water supply requirements, design a set composed of PLC, inverter, remote pressure gauge, many sets of pump unit, computer, communication module and other major equipment automatic frequency conversion constant pressure water supply and remote monitoring system, with a fully automatic frequency conversion constant pressure operation, automatic operation, remote manual control and manual control functions. The object of this design is the water requirements of a water plant to provide water for residential users, due to the high requirements of water pressure is high, in the low water pressure, high-level users will not be able to normal water even without water, water pressure is high will result in a waste of energy. Speed control system of variable frequency constant pressure water supply can be realized on the basis of the pump motor stepless speed regulation, automatic control system operating parameters with the change of water, keep constant water pressure in the water changes to meet the water requirements, energy-saving water supply system is the most advanced, reasonable. How to use the various functions of specific frequency converter built-in fully in the practical application, the rational design of frequency constant pressure water supply equipment, reduce costs, ensure product quality is of great significance. Variable frequency constant pressure water supply mode compared with the old water tower or wate
