论 文 摘 要 证券经纪业务是证券公司的基础业务和营销前端。证券市场发展环境的变化 使证券公司之间的竞争日趋激烈，经纪业务竞争能力的强弱成为衡量证券公司整 体竞争水平的重要标准。因此，在充分考虑当前证券公司所处的内外部发展环境 的基础上，系统研究我国证券公司经纪业务的竞争状况，探讨提升我国证券公司 经纪业务核心竞争力的对策，对竞争理论的发展和证券行业的经营实践都有重要 的意义。 正是基于这一考虑，本文从券商经纪业务核心竞争力的理论及研究现状入 手，设计了证券公司经纪业务核心竞争力指标体系；在收集证券行业经纪业务发 展相关数据的基础上，运用比较分析法对国内外券商经纪业务核心竞争力问题进 行了重点研究。最后结合证券行业经纪业务的发展趋势和特点，并准确定位、完 善制度体系、后台技术和服务支持、价格策略、加强证券研究能力建设、大力推 进客户营销工作和全面推行经纪人制度等方面提出提升券商经纪业务核心竞争 力的对策建议。 通过本课题的研究，一方面将竞争力理论运用到证券公司经纪业务的评价和 发展中，丰富和扩展了竞争力理论的应用范围；另一方面，对券商经纪业务进行 相对客观的评价，能够为券商经纪业务竞争力的提升提供战略指引，有利于促进 公司下一步的经纪业务发展，并指导本人的日常经营管理工作。 关键词：券商；经纪业务；网上交易；核心竞争力 IV ABSTRACT The stock brokerage is the basic business and marketing front of Security Company.
