要 资金集约化管理是企业集团对资金资源进行统筹安排、协调运作，发挥资金 管理最大效益，不断降低资金运作成本的内在要求，也是实现公司一体化经营管 理，资金资源优化配置，公司整体协调发展的必然要求。江西省电力公司作为一 个特大型企业集团公司，多年来一直在不断探索加强资金管理，提高资金使用效 益的方法和措施。此次研究从资金集约化管理的理论评述出发，分析了江西省电 力公司资金管理的现状，提出资金集约化管理是提高公司资金使用效率的必然选 择，提出了以资金结算中心为载体，以财务公司 （或其他金融机构）为平台，以 银行结算网络为工具，将江西省电力公司所管理的全部单位资金纳入统一管理的 资金集约化管理模式。 本文从分析江 省电力公司资金管理的现状入手，提出了江 省电力公司资 金集约化管理的必要性，继而根据江 省电力公司发展战略制定了资金集约化管 理方案的总目标和方案设计原则，设计了江 省电力公司资金集约化管理的可行 性方案，并对江 省电力公司资金集约化管理的可选方案在实施中的技术和安全 问题进行了讨论，同时提出江 省电力公司资金集约化管理方案的经济效益测算 方法，最 对于本文所提的方案的推广价值和可能存在的问题进行了探讨。 关键词：江西省电力公司 资金 集约化管理 1 Abstract The intensive management of funds is an inherent requirement to the enterprise groups to make overall arrangement, coordination of funds, maximize the benefits of funds management and reduce the operating costs. It is also a necessary requirement in realizing the integration management of companies, optimally allocating on funds and coordinating the development of the company. As a super sized enterprise group, Jiangxi electric power corporation has been keen on exploring the methods and strategies to strengthen the funds management and improve capital efficiency for so many years. This research starts from the theory of the intensive management of funds, analyzes the current situation of funds management in Jiangxi electric power corporation and makes the conclusion that the intensive management of funds is a necessary choice for the company to improve the efficiency of use of funds.
