摘 要 1950 年5 月1 日颁布的《中华人民共和国婚姻法》（以下简称“新婚姻法” ），是 新中国成立后颁布的第一部法律，它的诞生无论是对中国传统的家庭模式还是对人们长 期以来的思想意识都是一次巨大的震动。新婚姻法倡导婚姻自由、男女平等和保护子女 合法利益，为使新婚姻法走进千家万户，上海从1950 年到1953 年开展了宣传贯彻婚姻 法运动。这场运动大致经过三个阶段：初始阶段（1950 年5 月——1951 年9 月）、深 入阶段（1951 年10 月——1952 年12 月）、高潮阶段（1953 年1 月——1953 年4 月）。 经过三年的努力，上海的婚姻法运动取得了显著地成效，但是，婚姻制度的变革并不能 一蹴而就的，由于受国家政治、经济等条件的制约，贯彻婚姻法仍是一个长期而艰巨的 任务。 全文分绪论、正文、结语三个部分，正文共分三章：一、描述婚姻法运动之前的上 海婚姻家庭状况；二、考察上海宣传贯彻婚姻法运动的开展过程；三、对上海市宣传贯 彻婚姻法运动的评析。 关键词：建国初期 婚姻法 上海 运动 妇女权利 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT AABBSSTTRRAACCTT st The Marriage Law of the PRC was published on 1 ,May, 1950.It’s first law which be published after found of the people’s public of China. Its borning is a huge shake not only Chinese traditional family model but also ideology.New marriage based on the free choice of partners,on equality between man and woman right and protect children. For every family knowing new marriage law, campaign of promote new marriage was developed from 1950 to 1953. And this campaign approximately passed through three stages:Initial period stage (May,1950—Sep,1951),thorough stage(Oct,1951Dec,1952),and climax stage (Jan,1953—April,1953).After three years’endeavor ， Shanghai’s campaign of publicizing and carrying through the marriage law had obtained the remarkable result .However,the marriage system transformation certainly can’t get it done in one action.Affected by social economy and politics ,the campaign has some limitation.Thus thoroughly eradicating the feudal marriage idea,implementing marriage law still has a very long way to go.
