论 文 摘 要 实习是当前研究生较普遍参加的一类社会实践活动。尽管实习对于研究生个 体而言利弊皆备，对于学校管理而言，应对研究生的实习进行适当引导，避免产 生管理漏洞，从而保障研究生的教育质量。鉴于此，本文通过搜集相关研究文献， 认真阅读和筛选，在充分理解和借鉴已有的研究成果的基础上，根据“发现问题 -分析问题-解决问题”的逻辑思路，采取文献法、问卷调查法与访谈法，对当前 研究生的实习现状进行一定程度的探讨与思考。 论文共分为四部分。第一部分是导论，通过查阅文献资料，掌握现有研究状 况，为本文写作寻找切入点，主要阐述了本文的选题缘由、研究意义以及研究设 计。第二部分是关于当前研究生实习现状的分析，主要从研究生的实习准备情况、 参与实习的状况以及研究生对实习的评价这三方面展开。第三部分是揭示出研究 生实习中存在的问题，并进行原因分析。第四部分是根据研究结果，分别从研究 生层面、学校层面提出改进研究生实习的具体建议，为后续研究提供参考。 关键词：研究生； 社会实践； 实习 Ⅰ Abstract Postgraduate internship is currently one of the more common types of society practical activities. Although internships as a personal behavior for graduate students, it has pros and cons; for school management, the internship is student’s individual behavior, the school also needs to offer appropriate guidance to deal with it to avoid loopholes in management, thereby protecting the quality of graduate education. In view of this, this paper is based on gathering relevant research literature, carefully reading and screening. On the basis of full understanding and learning from existing research results, according to the logic of ideas “find the problem - analysis of the problem - to solve the problem” and to take the literature, questionnaire surveys and interviews, the paper attempts to explore deep levels of thinking about the current status quo of post-graduate internship.
