喉癌的影像学研究 摘要目的：仿真内窥镜多面重建材料与方法：采集图像进行，结果：声门上癌8例，声门癌13例，声门下癌2例，跨声门癌5例。经手术病理证实，原位癌1例，T1期7例，T2期6例，T3期1例，T4期13例术前电子喉镜诊断T1期7例，T2期9例，T3期5例，T4期2例，5例入Tx期术前CT诊断T1期10例，T2期3例，T3期0例，T4期15例。电子喉镜对分期灵敏度为81.25％40.1％，特异度为75％33.3％对术前T分期的灵敏度为18.75％59.9％，特异度75％66.7％33.3%和86.67％CT与电子喉镜检查相结合，准确率为92.9％。CT分期与手术分期之间的相关系数为0.916结论：关键词：喉癌；T分期；电子喉镜层摄影术，X线计算机；Imagingology study of the laryngeal carcinoma Abstract Objectives：1、To compare the pictorial quality of virtual endoscopy and mutiplannar reconstruction of different scan styles, for identiting the reasonable CT scan methods; 2、To explore the T stage value of CT and el
