论 文 摘 要 近年来，我国大学毕业生就业的问题变成了社会各界关注的热点问题，学术界从不 同角度分析了就业难这一社会问题，对影响高校毕业生就业的各种因素进行了详细的分 析。有的研究从劳动力需求与供给的数量和结构方面着手，有的研究从教育体制着手， 还的研究从微观层次上的人力资本和社会资本差异出发对就业难问题进行剖析。本研究 则以社会资本理论为基础，从高校社会资本的角度出发，力求通过本研究发现和澄清高 校社会资本对于我国大学生就业具体的影响，从而有助于寻找相关的就业促进措施，推 动高校毕业生的顺利就业和高等教育的进一步完善和发展。 本研究将国内外对社会资本的理论研究以及其与就业的关系研究进行整理，探讨高 校社会资本对大学毕业生就业的影响；其次，通过《大学生就业状况调查》问卷调查， 分析相关数据，得出高校毕业生对社会资本资源利用的现状及问题；最后，结合分析的 结论给出政策建议：1、构建内部和外部高校社会资本的策略；2、目前增强高校社会资 本的主要途径和方法；3、提高大学毕业生利用高校社会资本能力的措施。 本论文采用主要研究方法为文献综述法、调查问卷法、访谈法。 关键词：高校社会资本；大学生毕业生；就业 I ABSTRACT ABSTRACT AABBSSTTRRAACCTT In recent years, the employment of college graduates has become a social focus in China. As a social problem, the difficulty of their employment after graduation is analyzed from different perspectives by the academic circles in terms of various factors involved. Among those researches, some concentrate the discussion on the economic development, pointing out the quantitative and structural mismatch between the demand and supply of the labor force, together with the consequential influence. Or they contribute the problem to the macroeconomic factors like the lag of education system reform. Some others, in a microeconomic way, look into the difference between the human capital and social capital. Based on theories of social capital, this research focuses on the employment of college graduatesintheperspectiveofcollegesocialcapital.
