摘 要 教师的职业幸福感是教师不断自我主动发展的动力,也是学生幸福的前提 条件。教师能在工作中找到成就,感到幸福,这是教育追求的目标。市郊的教师 工作时间更长,工作环境相对较差,因此他们更需要追求职业幸福感。 调查中发现市郊教师的职业幸福感总体缺失,主要原因有:教师薪资水平、 福利待遇低下,且分配不合理,和他们付出的劳动和他们的薪资水平不成正比。 学校的管理制度不够人性化。教师的工作量大,工作时间过长。教师的晋升制度 缺乏,教师没有努力的目标。学生、家长与教师的沟通存在困难。市郊强调应试 教育,让教师疲于应付。学校的形式化的检查等过多等因素。 本文以P 、Q 两区的五所中小学的部分教师为研究对象,研究市郊教师的职 业幸福感状况,重点调查实施绩效工资制度后,教师的职业幸福感的变化情况。 结合调查研究的结果,提出提升市郊中小学教师职业幸福感的策略。 关键词:市郊 职业幸福感 5 ABSTRACT The teachers professional happiness is a teacher constantly active impetus to the development of students, is also the prerequisite for happiness.
