Environ . 2001 , 10 3 : 63 - 64 Abstract : A Study of tissue culture in vitro and plant reproduction of Platycodon grandiflorum A. DC. was carried out. The results indicated that MS medium containing 6BA 1. 0 mg/ L and IAA 0. 5 mg/ L was the best for callus induction ; MS medium containing 6BA 0. 3 mg/ L and IAA 0. 1 mg/ L was suitable for crowd bud propagation ; 1/ 2 MS medium containing IAA 0. 5 mg/ L and ABT 0. 1 mg/ L is effective in inducing root with the ratio of 95 % , fast propagation of P. grandiflorum by tissue culture method could be established , which will lay down the foundation of the breeding and clone of excellent varieties of P. grandiflorum . 关键词 : 桔梗 ;组织培养 ;愈伤组织 ;植株再生 Key words : Platycodon grandiflorum A.
