摘要 在关税、配额等贸易保护方式越来越受限制的现在，反倾销越来越多的受到各 国的青睐。根据有关资料显示，中国已经成为反倾销的最大受害国。由于行业协会 的非政府性、非营利性、非政治性、非垄断性、自治性等特征，西方发达国家的行 业协会已经在企业服务、培训和国际贸易中都发挥着很大的作用，但是由于历史现 实原因，中国的行业协会一直处于十分尴尬的地位。 一方面是面对着日益严峻的国际贸易形势，另一方面却面临着行业协会的起诉 和应诉不力，因此本文作者希望结合社会学、管理学、法学和经济学的相关知识， 根据对广东和浙江两省行业协会及其会员企业的问卷调查所得数据的分析，采用主 成分分析法寻找对行业协会反倾销功能影响较大的主要因素，再通过回归分析行业 协会的治理结构对反倾销功能的影响。最后发现在内外部治理结构的九个维度中， 对行业协会反倾销功能影响较大的因素包括激励机制、约束机制、监督机制以及政 府支持，并且都是正向影响。 [关键字] 行业协会；治理结构；反倾销功能；实证分析 I Abstract Dumping and anti-dumping, an inevitable topic since the first day of international trade, has been common phenomenon as the international trade is more and more developed . Moreover, there are more restrictions for tariffs and quota, which ensures anti-dumping to be a popular and overwhelming method. With the Opening-up Policy and being a member of WTO, on one hand, China enjoys the growth on trade volumes, on the other hand, China has to face more and more anti-dumping cases from all over the world. It is said that China has been the biggest target and victim of anti-dumping initials and measures. Business association, which plays an important role in economy and public management, is the intermediary organization among enterprises, governments and international organizations. In western countries, business association works fantastically on enterprise service, training, as well as on international trade and anti-dumping. But in China, business association is very weak because of its origin and the whole system here. Considering the tough situation in international trade and the weak business associations in China, therefore, the thesis hopes to analyze the governance structure of business association from the views
