本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目 机械制造企业货币资金内部控制设计 学 院 专 业 财 务 管 理 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师  摘 要 由于我国国内中小型机械制造企业的快速发展，同时又受到行业竞争环境复杂性的影响，使机械制造企业在日常的货币资金管理上存在诸多需待解决的问题，而在实际操作中，因该行业的经营运作模式存在同质性的特征，所以，探讨一套能够普遍适用于各机械制造企业的货币资金内部控制制度就很有必要了。 本文采取个案研究的方式。主要以安吉响铃竹木机械有限公司安吉响铃竹木机械有限公司关键词：Abstract According to the rapid development of our country’s machinery manufacturing enterprise, and the complexity of the competitive environment, there are many problems that should be solved in our daily life. In practice, because of the same characteristics of the operation mode in same enterprises, it is necessary to explore a set of financial internal control system that suit for nearly every machinery manufacturing enterprise. This article based on one case. This paper is based on the sample of the operation of Anji Xiangling bamboo machinery Co. ltd, at the same time, take example of the operation of some same company. This article mainly includes the object’s background, the financial internal control system and it’s design. This paper is focusing on solving two problems: one is the characteristics that caused by the rapid development of our country’s machinery manufacturing enterprise. We are trying to seek some measures. Another is to analysis the rules Anji Xiangling bamboo machinery Co. ltd used in recent years. And give some ways to avoid risks. In addition, the paper also put forward some suggestions of the operation, such as post separation, reserve management and information disclosure.
