毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江省上市公司分红现状与治理对策研究 摘 要 长期以来，股利政策一直是上市公司经营管理的重要环节之一，也是公司财务领域的研究热点和难点。股利分配政策关系到公司未来的长远发展、股东对投资回报的要求和资本结构的合理性。上市公司是否进行现金分红本来是一个具有一定理论色彩的公司财务问题，但在我国目前多数上市公司的股权结构还是“一股独大”的情况下，它又是关系到普通投资者利益的问题。2008年证监会发布新规再次提高上市公司申请再融资时现金分红的标准要求最近三年以现金方式累计分配的利润不少于最近三年实现的年均可分配利润的30%(1)参与分红的上市公司数量虽然逐年增多，但是不分配的现象仍然存在，部分公司的分红缺乏连续性与稳定性；(2)浙江省上市公司的现金回报率低；(3)少数公司存在着异常高派现和异常低派现的现象。 关键词：上市公司；股利政策；现金分红；调查分析Abstract Dividend policy has been listed company management for a long time, and also one of the important links of the companys financial field research hotspot and difficulty.
