毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江家族企业的传承与发展研究 摘 要 浙江家族企业在浙江私营企业中至少占60％以上。家族企业将会越来越多，将成为我国社会市场经济的一个重要组成部分。由此可见，家族企业对我国经济发展将发挥重要作用，必将成为国民经济增长的重要支撑力量，而且成为日益推动经济市场化改革的主要力量。浙江家族企业的发展状况如何将直接影响中国经济和社会的未来。 然而，在经历了成长、繁荣快速发展之后，许多家族企业也面临可持续发展中代际传承的严峻挑战。浙江家族企业目前的确存在着许多问题，其中，随着浙江家族企业第一代创业者谢幕的时间越发临近，企业的继承过程中存在问题和矛盾日益突出。同时，当前，浙江乃至全国还没有真正形成成熟的职业经理人市场，这对浙江家族企业的发展也带来不利影响。 诸暨大唐是浙江家族企业集聚地区。目前，诸暨大唐袜业第一代创业者大多已是“壮士暮年”，第二代开始接班成长，在此过程中，家族企业代际传承问题和冲突也不断显现。本文以诸暨大唐袜业为例，通过深入调研，分析家族企业代际传承的基本现状，存在问题及其深层原因，提出实现家族企业有效代际传承，促进可持续发展的对策，包括加强建立有利于企业传承的人力资源管理, 促进向现代企业转型, 重视企业继承人培养等，为诸暨及其他地区家族企业代际传承决策提供借鉴和参考。 关键词：；；Abstract Private enterprises in Zhejiang, Zhejiang family business accounts for at least 60%.
