毕业论文 （20_ _届） 个体经营者创业成长分析研究 摘 要 现如今，我国经济正处于转型升级的关键时期，金融危机的余威犹存，就业形式仍然十分严峻，就业难、失业率高将是整个社会不得不长期面对的一个难题。创业活动作为经济增长、技术进步的强大动力，同时也是解决个体就业、个体增收等问题的一个重要途径。鼓励全民创业，以创业带动就业，创造更多的岗位，已成为缓解就业压力的重要举措。然而，在随着创业大军不断壮大的同时，创业成功率之低不能不引起我们的重视。 国内外专家、学者对创业者的研究不胜枚举，但其研究对象多为商界叱咤风云之精英，成果难以为个体创业者所借鉴。本文在对已有文献归纳和总结的基础上，通过对山西省朔州商贸城个体创业者的深入调查，发现影响个体创业成功的关键因素有哪些，探讨如何消除或转变影响创业的不利因素，增加和培养有利因素，从而提高个体创业者的创业成功率，让个体创业者的创业之路能够走得更远，促进经济发展的健康、稳定和繁荣。 关键词：个体经营者；；Abstract Nowadays, our economy is undergoing transformation and upgrading of the key period, financial crisis affect still exist, the employment form is still severe, the difficult employment, high unemployment will be the whole society had to face the long-term problem. Entrepreneurial activity as economic growth, the progress of technology power, but also solve the individual employment, individual income such problems as one of the most important ways. Encouraging people to venture to entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities, create more jobs, already became relieve employment pressure the important action. However, with the entrepreneurial army growing at the same time, entrepreneurial success rate low must cause our attention. Domestic and foreign experts and scholars to the entrepreneurs of research are numerous, but its research object more for business hoyywood hills of the elite, achievement hard for individual entrepreneurs by reference. Based on the literatures summed up the basis, through ShuoZhou business city of individual entrepreneurs in Shanxi Province, the thorough investigation found that affect individual poineering success rate of what are key factors, this paper discusses how to eliminate or change affect venture handicap, increase and cultivate favorable factors, so as to improve individual the imbarking success rate, make individual the imbarking road can go farther and promote the economic development of health, stability and prosperity.
