毕业论文 （20_ _届） 产业集群是否有利于企业创新？ 摘 要 产业集群作为一种新型的产业组织形式也越来越受到人们的重视，不少地区政府还以集群优势来发展地方经济。然而不少学者专家也对此产生了疑惑，产业集群存在着锁定效益，路径依赖等潜在的问题和风险，尽管一些比较有竞争优势的产业集群也存在持续创新能力下降，集群出现衰退的现象。 本文通过对集群创新相关文献的梳理，为本文提供理论框架。然后结合伞城崧厦这个传统的制造型中小企业集群，针对该集群通过各类网站信息的搜集和结构化访谈的方式从政府、集群、企业层面分别找出集群内有利于创新的方面及证据，并且根据访谈内容及结果归纳总结得出这类集群在创新发展过程中面临创新能力缺乏，创新动力不足，低水平竞争和恶性竞争现象严重等问题。最后，针对不同的问题，从政府、集群、企业层面分别为为伞城的创新能力的提高提出相应的建议和措施。 关键词：Abstract Industrial clusters as a new form of industrial organization more and moreattention has been paid, many regional governments also to cluster edge to the development of local economy.
