毕业论文 （20_ _届） 纺织企业关键技术创新研究 摘 要 在经济全球化、技术进步加快和市场竞争不断加剧，尤其是近几年来人民币汇率升值、原材料和劳动力等要素成本持续上涨以及欧美国家技术壁垒加大的背景下，作为我国传统支柱产业之一的纺织行业正面临前所未有的巨大挑战。 在后金融危机时代，如何实施关键技术创新，以提高纺织企业和产品的竞争力，已成为各地政府、行业和企业的共识。通过企业关键技术创新，提升产品技术含量、推动产品附加值升值，并带动行业重组，突破发展瓶颈，实现纺织行业和企业的转型升级。 本文以台州市东海翔纺织集团为例，从关键技术创新视角，通过深入行业和企业调研，在重点分析当前企业关键技术与产品竞争力关系，以及关键技术创新缺陷等基础上，提出强化企业关键技术创新的对策建议，包括提升管理者创新意识、建立高素质的科研队伍、增加企业科研经费投入、加强与科研机构的合作以及建立健全企业创新机制等，为本省纺织企业制定研发战略提供借鉴和参考。 关键词：Abstract In the background of economic globalization, speed up of technical progress, and intensifying competition in market, especially the appreciation of the RMB exchange rate, cost of raw material and labor force and other cost elements keep growing and the European and American countries technical barriers increase, the textile industry which is as one of our traditional pillar industry is now facing the unprecedented big challenge. How to carry out innovation on key technical to improve the competitiveness of the textile enterprises and products in the period of financial crisis is the common view of governments, industry and enterprises. By key technical innovation, promote the products technology, rise up the products additional value, and lead to industry reorganization to break through the development bottleneck, realize the upgrade of textile industry\and enterprises. This article is take example of Taizhou Dong hai xiang Textile Group, base on taking view of key technical innovation and through deepen survey of textile industry and enterprises, with stress analyze on current relationship between enterprise key technical innovation and products competitiveness and defect of key technical innovation to give advice which including hoisting managers awareness of innovation，establish a high-quality scientific research team，increase enterprise research funds，strengthen the cooperation with scientific research institutions and establishing perfect enterprise innovation mechanism on how to strengthen company key technical innovation for the re
