湖州南浔地板行业员工工作倦怠实证研究
摘 要
有关工作倦怠的研究已有40多年的历史,目前越来越多的受到国内外的关注。相关研究显示,降低工作倦怠在提高员工积极性、增加工作效率、降低员工的离职率等方面起着重要作用。本研究采用工作倦怠测量量表MBI—GS(Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey)2.70±1.548,工作倦怠程度处于中等水平。(2)工作倦怠各维度中,情绪衰竭2.33±1.522)和玩世不恭2.16±1.443)处于中等水平,说明南浔地板行业员工存在较少的负面情绪,能够积极面对工作中出现的问题;效能感维度3.62±1.679)中等偏上水平,说明南浔地板行业员具有较高效能感。Abstract
The research on job burnout has 40 years of history, currently, more and more concern at home and abroad. Related research shows, reduce work burnout in employee motivation, increase work efficiency and reduce staff turnover, etc plays an important role. This study adopts MBI scale job Burnout Maslach Burnout Inventory -- GS (before respondents), from - of emotional exhaustion, cynicism, self-efficacy of three dimensions, nanxun area several floor enterprise employees to investigation by questionnaire Survey, nanxun floor industry employees know the job Burnout, present situation and existing problems, and then proposes relevant countermeasures and Suggestions. The results showed that: (1) staff job burnout, nanxun flooring industry total are divided into 1.548, plus or minus 2.70 staff job burnout in medium low level degree. (2) staff job burnout, nanxun flooring industry the dimension scores were emotional exhaustion (233± 1.522), plus or minus(1.443±2.16)cynicism (low level is medium, nanxun floor industry member that exist, and less negative emotions can be positive face problems emerging in the work. Dimensions(3.62±1.679)above the average self-efficacy level, nanxun flooring industry that employees with high self-efficacy.
