With the development of economy, the logistics has become to be a vital part of the service industry, it has become one of the most important industries and a new increasing point in national economy, and it is playing a more and more important role in boosting to promote social economic growth. Ningbo as a central cities in the Yangtze river delta have good location, port, economy and transportation conditions. In recent year，there are hundrends of kind logistics firms, the logistics earnings increases continuously and Ningbo port is constructed so fast.Anyhow, logistics goes really smoothly, it has become one of the six pillar industries in Ningbo . But there still a lot of problems, Ningbo logistics enterprise are generally small, their profitability is weak, logistics service level is low, competing to logistics giant in domestic and international is really difficult. Secondly, Facing with Shanghai, ningbo economic hinterland have been affected. And ningbo’s goods are primarily dangerous goods, so developing green logistics becomes more difficult. Especially for a traffic hub city, logistics position more advantageous to make the rapid development of the cities become logistics center, economic centre city.
