毕业论文 （20_ _届） 欧盟环境规制对浙江机电产品出口的影响及对策 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国机电产品的出口连年快速增长，占全国外贸出口的比重大幅增加，为全国外贸出口增长和国民经济的健康发展做出了重要贡献。近年来，浙江省机电产品的出口也一直保持着持续、快速的增长，机电产品已经成为浙江第一大类出口产品。然而，全球气候的变化、环境污染的日益严重，越来越多的专家和学者开始重视环境和贸易这个议题。而欧盟对机电产品的进口出台了愈加严格的环境标准，因此研究欧盟环境标准对浙江机电产品出口的影响具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文选择以浙江机电产品出口为例，研究欧盟环境规制对浙江机电产品出口的影响。文章首先对欧盟环境规制的主要内容以及欧盟机电行业的一些环境标准进行概述；然后通过文献查阅、定性分析和定量分析相结合等研究方式来研究欧盟环境规制对浙江机电产品出口的影响；研究分析得出欧盟环境规制对浙江机电产品出口有一定的阻碍作用，且阻碍明显。因此，在论文的最后提出相关的对策和建议，给浙江机电产品出口如何应对欧盟环境规制提供借鉴。 关键词：；；Abstract Ever since the economic reforms and opening up policy, China’s export value of mechanical and electric products has registered accelerated growth in the past for years and occupied half of the total export value as compared to only the tip of the iceberg in the long past. The continuous ,stable and rapid growth of mechanical and electrical product export has contributed substantially to the health development of China’s economy .For Zhejiang Province ,the continuous and rapid growth of mechanical and electrical product export in recent years is encouraging but never sufficient to exempt all problems. However, with the opening of the Copenhagen Climate Conference, more and more countries and scholars are concerning about the issue of international trade and environment. The European Union have introduced stricter environmental standards about mechanical and electrical product. So research on the impact of environmental standards of the European Union towards the China’s mechanical and electrical product has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper choose the mechanical and electrical product export trade as example of the consumption pollution to study. First the paper give a overview of EU’s environmental standards and EU’s electromechanical industry standards, then through consulting literature , combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis such as research methods to study the influence of EU’s environmental regulation to Zhejiang mechanical and electrical pr
