毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波市软件产业出口发展现状及对策研究 摘 要 20世纪80年代以来，信息技术产业已经成为发达国家乃至全球经济的战略性基础产业，成为各国综合国力竞争的重要标志。软件产业作为信息技术的核心和灵魂，在新经济中扮演着核心产业的角色。目前，推动软件出口已经是宁波信息产业发展的一个重点，也是宁波市发展高科技产业方向之一。 本文首先简述我国软件产业的总体发展状况，介绍了软件产业的发展以及软件产业的特征，并从规模、区域分布以及出口情况三方面分析我国软件产业的的发展现状。然后运用SWOT分析法对宁波软件产业的现状进行了分析。宁波软件产业在产业环境，人力资源，政策方针等方面都存在优劣势。而且在经济全球化的背景下，宁波软件产业同样存在很多的机遇以及挑战。第三部分是对以色列以及爱尔兰软件产业发展和软件出口成功经验的介绍。以色列和爱尔兰都是结合自身的特点，在其政府各项措施的支持下，以提供良好产业环境为基础，增强企业竞争力为关键，积极发展软件产业并取得了举世瞩目的成绩。最后一部分是根据宁波软件产业出口的现状，借鉴以色列和爱尔兰的成功经验提出放一些扩大宁波软件产业出口的一些策略。 关键词：Abstract Since 1980s, Information technology industry has become a strategic basic industries and an important indicator of competition in overall national strength.Information technology software industry as the heart and soul， plays a central role in the new economyNingbo, to promote software exports has been a focus of development of information industry, but also the direction of the development of high-tech industries. This paper firstly summarizes the overall development of Chinas software industry conditions including the software industrys development and features， and Chinas software industry development status which analyzes through three aspects :the size， regional distribution and exports of the Chinas software industry . Then use SWOT analysis to analyze the software industry in Ningbo with the current situation in order to having a further understanding of software exports of Ningbo. There are advantages and disadvantages in the industrial environment， human resources, policy guidelines, etc. of Ningbo software industry. Further more， under the background of economic globalization， Ningbo software industry possess many opportunities and challenges. The third part introduces of the successful experience in software industry’s development and export of Israel and Ireland .They combine their own characteristics and have the support of its governments measures.
