毕业论文 （20_ _届） 基于国际分工视角的浙江省产业结构升级研究 摘 要 第三次科技革命和知识经济时代的到来，使得生产的专业化程度进一步提高，国际分工出现了新趋势，与之相适应，浙江省必须积极主动地调整和优化产业结构，巩固基础产业，发展建立在知识经济基础上的高新技术产业、信息产业，提高产品附加值，逐步走向产业链的高端，提升国际分工地位。 本文运用定量定性类比等方法，整理了浙江省产业结构的相关数据，浙江省目前的产业结构表现出：三次产业结构还不合理；企业规模小、产品附加值低、创新能力弱；就业结构变动滞后于经济发展；资源环境和节能减排压力大；参与国际分工过程中要素流动不畅。其次，本文概述了几个不同类型的国家在产业结构优化过程中的做法，并根据浙江省自身特点进行分析，得出可借鉴之处。最后，本文针对浙江省产业结构升级过程中所面临的问题，提出了以下对策：发展临港重化工业和装备制造业，提升块状经济和工业园区；加强培育大企业，提高中小企业的组织化程度；加强自主创新，增强产业升级的技术支撑；加快创业创新人才的培育；加大节能降耗力度；大力发展第三产业。 关键词：国际分工；产业结构；升级研究Abstract The third technological revolution and ’s specialization, as well as the emergence of new trends in the international division of labor. Corresponding, Zhejiang province must take the initiative to adjust and optimize industrial structure, strengthening basic industries, develop the hi-tech industry and information industry which based on knowledge economy, improve the added value of the products, gradually towards the high-end industry chain, and enhance the status of the international division of labor. This article uses quantitative, qualitative and analogy methods to compiled the data of the industrial structure in Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang Province showed the current industrial structure: irrational structure of three industry structure; small enterprise scale, low products added-value and weak innovative capacity; employment structure lagging behind economic development; big pressure of resources, environment and energy saving reduction; sluggish factor mobility in the participation of international division of labor. Then, the article outlines the practice of several different types of countries in the process of industrial structure optimization, and concludes the practice that can be used for reference according to the analysis of characteristics of Zhejiang province.
