毕业论文 （20_ _届） 技术性贸易壁垒对浙江机电产品出口的影响及对策研究 摘 要 机电产品作为的重要出口商品，出口比重逐年提高，在1995年成功超越纺织品成为的第一大出口商品。目前机电产品已成为市场化程度和国际化程度最高、竞争最激烈的产业，并在有些产品上形成了一批具有国际竞争力的大型企业。不仅在国内市场占有率居优势地位，而且走出国门，在国际市场上占有了一席之地。但自20世纪90年代以后，国际技术性贸易壁垒逐渐盛行，对机电产品出口制约越来越大。目前有一半以上的机电产品出口企业受到技术性贸易壁垒的困扰，技术性贸易壁垒已成为机电产品扩大出口的主要障碍。正确看待和应对技术性贸易壁垒，增强机电产品的核心竞争力，成功跨越技术性贸易壁垒因此，关键词：技术性贸易壁垒；机电产品；Abstract Mechanical and electrical products as important export commodities, increased year by year in Zhejiang province. The export proportion in 1995 becomes the first, exceeding Zhejiang textile exports. At present the competition of mechanical and electrical products is fierce. A group of internationally competitive large enterprises have formed, which occupy important position in the domestic market. However since the 1990s, the international technical barriers to trade become popular in Zhejiang, which hinder mechanical and electrical products export. Adverse influences include following aspects, the cost of production increase, earnings in lower, production is decline, technical barriers to trade in Zhejiang mechanical and electrical products has become the main obstacle to expand exports. However, technical barriers to trade have beneficial effect on export of mechanical and electrical products. They can enhance the core competitiveness, success across technical barriers and help promote the brand awareness. Therefore, Government should implement and international standardization, strengthen international negotiation and cooperation. Enterprise should carry out brand strategy, improve international competitiveness, and promote science and technology innovation.
