毕业论文 （20_ _届） 基于钻石模型的宁波服务外包产业竞争力分析 摘 要 近年来，以服务外包为突出特征的新一轮产业转移正在全球兴起，世界和我国服务外包业都迅速发展，宁波虽然起步晚，但是发展速度快，并且潜力巨大。本文以钻石模型为工具，从生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持产业、企业战略及其结构以及同业竞争、机遇和政府等六个方面对宁波市服务外包业竞争力的影响因素进行分析。经过分析可得服务外包专业人才短缺、产业发展配套设施不完善、服务外包企业的接包能力弱和行业组织协会作用缺失是影响宁波服务外包业竞争力的主要因素。通过与大连服务外包业的比较研究，明确了宁波在该产业的竞争力水平地位，另外大连在服务外包产业上的成功经验对宁波也有很大的启示作用，值得借鉴。经过钻石模型分析和数据对比研究后，提出宁波服务外包产业竞争力的提升路径：做好战略规划，优化产业发展环境；发挥比较优势，重视并发展业务流程外包；加快培养和引进服务外包人才；发挥服务外包行业协会的作用，培养服务外包的龙头企业；整合有效资源，积极开拓国内外市场。 关键词：Abstract In recent years, the new round of global industrial transformation is accelerating, which highlight the characteristics of service outsourcing. Meanwhile, the service outsourcing industry in the world and China is developing rapidly. Although Ningbo started late, it’s developing rapidly and has great potential. This paper , based on diamond model for a tool ,analyzes the influence factors of Ningbo service outsourcing industry competitiveness by six aspects such as production and demand condition, related and support industry, enterprise strategy and its structure and competition, opportunities, government and so on. It is concluded that a shortage of professionals, inadequate industrial development facilities , weak ability of service outsourcing enterprises accessing packages and lack of association role of industry organizations are the major factors affecting the competitiveness of service outsourcing industry in Ningbo. On the other hand, through the comparative study of service outsourcing industry in Dalian and Ningbo, we can know clearly about the industrys competitiveness status of Ningbo. Also the successful experience of the service outsourcing industry in Dalian has a great significance for Ningbo, so it’s worth drawing. After diamond model analysis and data contrast research, the paper proposes the path of ascension enhancing the competitiveness of service outsourcing in Ningbo: Completes the strategic planning, optimize industrial development environment; Exert comparative advantages, emphasiz
