毕业论文 （20_ _届） 技术性贸易壁垒对浙江纺织品出口的影响及对策分析 摘 要 经济全球化和贸易自由化的发展使得关税壁垒和传统的非关税壁垒逐步削弱，技术性贸易壁垒（TBT）愈来愈广泛地被利用，成为发达国家实行贸易保护主义的主要手段和高级形式。浙江省是全球主要的纺织品出口加工地区之一，也是国内纺织品遭遇技术性贸易壁垒最主要和最具代表性的省份之一。特别是ATC取消后，技术性贸易壁垒这一更隐蔽而且更“合法”的贸易壁垒已经成为浙江纺织品出口的一大阻力。 本文浙江纺织产业的现状在经验研究基础上，总结归纳后，分析浙江纺织产业的发展战略，并提出相关对策建议如要加快技术进步不断调整产品结构和产业结构，适时调整纺织品出口战略等 关键词：技术性贸易壁垒；纺织品；影响Abstract Nowadays, the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization make the gradual weakening of the traditional non-tariff barriers and tariff barriers. The technical barrier to trade (TBT) is extensively used as the main means of trade protectionism and higher forms for developed countries to implement. Zhejiang Province is the worlds major textile export processing area, and one of the most important and representative provinces encountered technical barriers to trade in domestic textile. Especially after the abolition of the ATC, technical barriers to trade which is a more subtle and more legitimate trade barriers, have become a major resistance of Zhejiangs textile exports. This paper studies the status of textile industry in Zhejiang. Based on the empirical research, I summarized that the technical barriers to Zhejiang textile exports can promote the standardization of textile production, change the traditional concepts, promote the adjustment of product structure and also promote technological progress. Meanwhile, it also has the negative effects, including that the increasing cost of exports, the raising threshold of market access and so on. At last, I analyze the development strategy of textile industry in Zhejiang and put forward relevant suggestions, such as speeding up technological progress, and constantly adjusting the product structure and industrial structure, adjusting textile export strategy timely, promoting green management actively and so on.
