中文摘要 随着全球化的纵深推进,文化成为了国际关系领域的热点研究领域。全球 化是一把“双刃剑”,在加深国家间文化交流和融合的同时,也加剧了不同文明 国家之间的文化冲突,特别是以西方文化为代表的“强势文化”对“弱势文化” 国家的文化安全造成了威胁。在这个背景下,中国文化安全问题也成为了日益突 出问题。 本文对全球化背景下的中国文化安全现状进行分析,探索中国文化安全所 面临的机遇和挑战,通过对美日韩等国文化发展战略的先进经验进行研究,最终 提出了对中国文化安全建构的五项原则和四项措施。同时,本文认为让中国文化 得到安全的最行之有效的方法并不是被动“防守”而是主动“进攻”,即:中国 文化走出去战略。 关键词:中国文化安全战略;全球化;文化强国战略;文化走出去战略;营销思 维 I Abstract Along with the globalization development, culture has become a hot research area in the field of international relations. Globalization is a double-edged sword. It not only deepens cultural exchange and mélange between different countries, but also intensifies the cultural conflict between countries. In particular, western culture, as the representative of strong culture, poses a threat to the national cultural security of weak culture countries. In this context, Chinese cultural security issues have become an increasingly prominent problem. This paper analyses the status quo of Chinas cultural security under the globalization background, explores the opportunities and challenges Chinese culture security faces, and finally, through research on the advanced experience of cultural development strategies of the USA, Japan and South Korea, puts forward five principles and four measures to construct Chinese culture of security. At the same time, this paper considers that the most effective method to ensure Chinese culture security is to be active and “attacking” instead of passive and defensive, namely: the strategy of Chinese culture going global.
