摘要 华侨华人是中国和平发展的重要人力资源，他们曾经为中国的经济发展起过 重要的推动作用，在未来，他们也将成为中国走向世界的重要推动力量。 本文对泰国华人社会以及泰国华人与中国的互动进行研究，从而对中国软实 力的建构提出启示。通过对泰国华人社会的考察发现，泰国华人社会是存在的， 并且泰国华人具有三种身份属性，即“传统性”、“适应性”和“现代性”。泰国 华人并非被“同化”而是主动“融入”泰国社会。 通过对泰国华侨华人与中国的互动过程的研究可以发现，泰国华人与中国并 未形成过真正的“集体认同”。这其中的原因就在于，双方没有建构或者没有按 照顺序建构彼此间影响“集体认同”的重要变量，即：经济相互依赖，政治约束 性，文化同质性和共同命运。 本文的研究给中国软实力的启示有两个方面：一、泰国华人的认同并非是基 于政治规范下的国家认同，而是基于经济规范下的阶层认同；二、“集体认同” 主变量的缺失会导致华侨华人与中国在集体认同上的“缺失”，且 “集体认同” 主变量没有按照一定顺序进行建构更会对华人和中国双方都带来损害。 关键字：泰国华人，中国，身份属性，集体认同，软实力 Abstract Chinese overseas is important human resources of Chinas peaceful development. They had played the important role in Chinas economic development and become the driving force of China to the world past and future. In order to revelation Chinas soft power construction, this paper has studied the Chinese society in Thailand and the interaction between the Chinese overseas in Thailand and China. We found that the Chinese society in Thailand is existence, and that Chinese overseas in Thailand has the properties of the three roles, namely, the “traditional” and the “adaptive” and “modern”. The Chinese overseas are not assimilation but take the initiative to integrate into Thai society. We found that Chinese overseas and China do not form a “collective identity” in the process of interaction between Chinese overseas and China. The reason for this is that Chinese overseas and China did not construct or not in accordance with the order of construction of the important variables of the “collective identity”, namely: economic interdependence, political constraints, cultural homogeneity and common destiny.
