中文摘要 作为发展最为成功的地区组织之一，东盟自成立 41年来取得了重大成就。 新加坡作为东盟的核心成员国，在东盟发展过程中起到了十分重要的作用。本文 试图以新加坡在不同阶段在东盟中的表现为基础，总结出新加坡的东盟观和其在 东盟中的身份定位。具体来说，本文认为新加坡把东盟视为其生存的保障与发展 的平台，它在东盟发展过程中起到了一个低调领导者作用。文章共分为四部分： 第一部分为导论，叙述了选题、意义、研究方法和国内外的研究现状。第二部分 正文分三章，第一、二章从历史与实证的角度考察新加坡在东盟发展过程的作用； 第三章在第一、二章的基础上总结出新加坡的东盟观和新加坡在东盟发展过程中 的地区身份定位。最后一部分为结语,阐述了本文的结论、进一步思考的内容和论 文的不足之处。 ： 关键词：：东盟 东盟观 新加坡 身份 低调领导者 I Abstract AAbbssttrraacctt As one of the most successful regional organization, Asean has got great achievements since its coming into exsitence.As one of core member-states, Singapore has been playing an important role in the process of Asean’s development. This paper tried to summarize Singapore’s view ofAsean and its identity in the region at the basis of Singapore’s behavior in the different periods ofAsean’development. It concludes that Singapore has been consideringAsean as the guarantee of its suvival and development, and Singapore has actually played a low-profile leader in theAsean’s development. The paper includes four parts. The first part is introduction of the research topic, the methodology and literature review. The scecond part consistes of three chapters. Chapter one and two explored the role of Singapore in the process of Asean’development in the percepective of history. Based on chapter one and two, Chapter three summarizes Singapore’s view of Asean and the identity of Singapore in the region. The conclusion, suggestion of the further topic and the weakness of this paperhavebeensetforth in lastpart.
