中国与印尼关系发展中软实力 的提升及华侨华人的推动作用 摘 要：近年来，随着中国国力的增强及“和谐世界”外交战略的实施，尤 其是睦邻外交政策的推行，中国在国际上的软实力逐渐上升。对于中国软实力或 华侨华人问题的各自探讨虽早已受到学术界的关注，但目前还没有学者从华侨华 人角度来探讨中国软实力。本文试作这方面的初步尝试，以印尼作为案例，首先 从中印尼关系发展历程出发，从中提炼出不同时期中国软实力在印尼的特点及表 现，然后重点阐述了华侨华人对中国在印尼软实力提升中的推动作用，全面论述 了华侨华人在其中发挥作用所面临的困难与挑战，为华侨华人更好地在当地生存 和发展，为我国外交、侨务部门开展在印尼的软实力工作提供参考意见和建议。 关键词：软实力；中国；印尼；华侨华人 III The Rise of Chinese Soft Power and Promotion of Oversea Chinese in Sino-Indonisia Relationship Abstract：In recent years, Chinese soft power has risen in the world with the enhancement of Chinese comprehensive national strength, the execution of “Harmonious World” foreign policy, especially the practice of good-neighbor policy. Chinese soft power and overseas Chinese problem have been researched respectively for a long time by academia; however, no Chinese soft power has been researched from the perspective of overseas Chinese yet. Beginning from the Sino-Indonisia relationship development with Indonisian example, this thesis makes this try to abstract the character and expression of Chinese soft power in Indonisia in different periods, importantly describe the promotion, difficulty and challenge of overseas Chinese to Chinese soft power in Indonisia, offer referenced opinion and advise for overseas Chinese to survive and develop, for Chinese diplomatic and overseas Chinese affairs department to develop Chinese soft power.
