中文摘要 会展业被誉为 21 世纪“朝阳无烟产业”，其已成为国民经济新的增长点和第 三产业的重要组成部分。会展业除了能为举办国家（地区）或城市带来巨大的 直接经济效益之外，还能加强国家（地区）与外界的经贸合作、政治外交以及 文化交流，提升国家（地区）的国际知名度，因此，会展业被称为“触摸世界的 窗口” 。 中国的改革开放为中国经济的发展带来前所未有的促进作用。随着改革开 放的到来以及会展业的不断发展，会展业与对外开放之间有着千丝万缕的联系。 会展业的发展是我国实行对外开放的一个重要的平台。 本文以国际政治经济学为理论依据，采取比较分析、历史分析、归纳以及 实证分析等方法，论述中国会展业的发展与现状及其功能作用；并运用多个重 大会展活动为案例分析，重点分析了会展业在中国对外开放中所发挥的功能与 作用，认为在经济方面，会展业有利于促进对外贸易发展、促进区域合作与协 调发展；在政治方面，会展业为中国政治外交提供平等交流的平台，加快中国 以及各大城市的国际化步伐；在文化方面，会展业为优化文化产业发展和促进 各种文化交流铺垫了契机。两者的发展是相辅相成、相互促进，会展业的发展 促进对外开放，对外开放的深化推动会展业的进一步繁荣；最后，对影响中国 会展业在我国对外开放中进一步发挥其功能与作用的因素进行了分析阐述。 关键词：会展业，对外开放，功能与作用 I Abstract In the 21st Century， exhibition industry known as the smokeless industry has become a new economic growth point of national economy and an important part of the tertiary industry. The exhibition industry not only can bring tremendous direct economic benefits to the host country (regional) or the city, but also it can strengthen the economic and trade cooperation, political and diplomatic, and cultural exchanges between the country (regional) and the outside world.
