Now, Ch inese policies in disability employment trans fer from concentrated employm ent to quotas, w hich mean the transition from segmentation to in tegration. But there are som e problems in disabled people s employment, for instance, the counterbalances are not perfect. The policies of vocational rehab ilitation, supported employ ment are w eak. W e suggest that the overall situation shou ld be taken into consideration in the construction of disab ility emp loyment service system.
