Abstract：Although the algorithms for speech processing are plentiful，there are few visualization software platfomr swhich
can beused to testify ordesign some specificalgorithms．In thispaper，a system platform usedofr extracting and indicating
the time—spectral features of speech sing alis designed under the environment of MATLAB GUI．On this platform ，the user
canloadandplaythespeechsingalindifferentaudioformats．Especially，LinearPredictionCepstrum Coefficient(LPCC)nad
Mel·FrequencyCepstrum Coefficient(MFCC)，which arethetwomain featureparametersofrspeech recongition system，Call
becalculated，savedand displayedon the samepane1．The system interfaceisfriendly，aswellasitisconvenientandniterac—
tire for operating．The simulation results demonstrate the accuracy of the background algorithms ofr time—frequency features
exrtacting．Thedesingedsystem willprovideimportantandintuitiveauxiliaryeffectonveriyfingthealgoritmh snaddatapro—

摘 要：语音信号处理算法众多，但用于语音处理算法验证和开发的可视化研究平台极少。基于MATLABGUI技术，完成语音
信号典型时频特征参数提取和显示系统仿真平台的设计。可实现 多种格式音频文件的载入和播放、波形和频谱显示、以及线性
预测倒谱 系数和美尔倒谱 系数的计算、存储
