Abs tract: The m inor social investigation report is the mi portant attribute of m inor Crmi e
persons personal dangerousness, w hich is also the mi portant reference of trying the m inor crmi inal
case. But because them inor social investigation report itself, the free heart card of judge, betw een
the m inor social investigation report and the case fact has the fuzziness. Therefore it is essential to u
tilize the fuzzy theory in the comprehensive evaluation to m inor social investigation repor,t so as to
accurately identify the size ofm inor Crmi e personspersonal dangerousness. A t the same tmi e, in or
der to guarantee the utilization of fuzzy theory in the report of m inor social investigation, w e shou ld
further consummate them inor social investigation system.
